FrameQuest was established to complement the activities of Shutter Bugs Creative Forum (SBCF) and help fulfill the aspirations of Shutterbugs as well as the wider community of photography enthusiasts from around the world.
We believe that exceptional photographs deserve more than a digital existence. Images should be transformed into tangible memories through beautifully designed, professionally printed and hardbound Photo books that can be enjoyed and preserved for generations.
At FrameQuest, we conduct Photography Workshops with a strong emphasis on learning rather than simply organizing photographic tours. Arfan is an internationally acclaimed photographic artist, educator, writer, mentor and photography judge with over four decades of experience behind the camera. His passion for photography has earned him recognition at the highest international levels, including distinctions from The Royal Photographic Society (FRPS), Photographic Society of America (FPSA, MPSA), and FIAP (EFIAP/d3, ESFIAP).
Arfan combines his extensive photographic experience with a passion for teaching and mentoring. He designs and conducts photography workshops that emphasize learning, creativity and personal growth, helping participants develop both technical excellence and artistic vision.
Arfan is also the founder of Shutter Bugs Creative Forum (SBCF), a vibrant learning community that has inspired and nurtured more than 150 photo enthusiasts since 2009 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. His commitment to education continues to help enthusiasts transform their passion for photography into a lifelong creative journey.

Ramasamy plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of FrameQuest Photo Workshops. Based in Mumbai, India, he coordinates workshop logistics and provides dependable on-site support, helping participants enjoy a seamless and enriching learning experience.
An accomplished photographer in his own right, Ramasamy holds internationally recognized photographic distinctions. His passion for photography is complemented by extensive travel experience, making him well-equipped to manage the logistics.
